Big dining-rooms of Hotel Restaurant “Commercio”, fitted out in a rather simple and pleasant way, are able to entertain up to 650 people, thus allowing to enjoy some happiness of staying together during celebrations, reconciling to the pleasure of the kitchen the joy of the music and the dance proposed in the characteristic octagonal dancing room (entirely connected to the dining room).
Dining rooms may also become lunches, reunions or meetings places in a private way, thanks to the opportunity to be divided to get smaller and reserved.
From the kitchen of the Hotel-Restaurant Commercio the family Chef proposes menus which wisely put the most traditional Italian cuisine courses together with the products of the rich Piedmontese land.
The result is to be appreciated at table!!... where hazel-nuts and chestnuts are used to prepare rich sauces and tasty cakes and the smell of truffles and mushrooms mingles on dishes of fresh pasta and meats cooked in the most vintage wines.
