NOTES:
- Rates are for stays of 1 week (7 nights) or 2 weeks (14 nights)
per apartment (2 / 4 persons) as of the date indicated.
- Electricity, gas and hot water are counted to lump sum: € 35.00 per week
- Heating € 55 per week.
- Clean kitchen and responsibility of the tenant. - Pets allowed.
- Additional person in apartment (over 4 people): € 10.00 per day
- The apartments are available from 17.00 on day of arrival until
11.00 am on departure day.
- The apartment is considered booked only upon receipt of the deposit amount of € 100. The balance of stay is required upon arrival.
It is required to pay a deposit of € 100 (which will be returned at the start with flat order)
